A very large portion of NFL analysts believed that Caleb was the best prospect in the draft (and maybe the best in a few years). Many also believed he was going into a great situation with lots of weapons on offense and a great defense. Either 1) The majority of analysis were wrong 2) Caleb and the Bears just need more time realize their potential or 3) The Bears have no any idea how to build a winning organization
