I absolutely have no idea what you're talking about here🤣 But one thing came to my mind... There are local cities (I mean ones NOT big cities like Tokyo or Osaka) in every region across Japan. Sometimes, we Japanese feel resemblance between such ones, atmosphere, town structure, presence of a landmark, that kind thing. If that's the thing, I'd say it's a local city syndrome :)
