Majority of her cooking apart from fried rice or those 大炒 cooking cos home stove are not comparable to industrial stove. No wok hei. But if I were to really pick one, I'd go for Pork Trotter Vinegar. Meanwhile those selling outside are mostly too oily or watery or too sweet or too sour, my mom's just hit my taste bud and I can eat it a whole week! 🤤🤤
