**Tuesday (Legs & core):**
- Smith machine squats (3x12)
- Deadlifts (3x10)
- Leg press (3x12)
- Stairmaster: 600 steps, slow pace for ITB recovery focus
- Core: Planks (3x30 seconds), Russian twists (3x20)
