My son is asthmatic - by this policy, he would not be allowed to attend this school. He coughs when perfectly healthy during gym class or recess due to the exertion on his lungs. When we fly he has flares because of the dry, recycled air. Policies like these are extremely discriminatory towards kids with chronic conditions that are not at all contagious.
