What a surprise /s
The only surprising thing in this article is the number of times it mentions how visible men are in the featured church's leadership. Was this a first encounter with evangelicalism? The M:F ratio in the pews is irrelevant - evangelical leadership is always overwhelmingly and visibly male, even if those leaders are the only men in the congregation. Most don't allow women to hold any office, preach, teach mixed gender classes, serve communion or even pass the offering plate.
