I’m being vulnerable so please be kind. My child is 19 months old and I am ready to be done nursing. Mostly for my mental health and bodily autonomy. I feel so selfish for wanting this when my kiddo doesn’t. I don’t even know where to start to make my child less interested. I offer foods and drinks when he comes to me to nurse during the day and that hasn’t really helped and the “don’t offer, don’t withhold” method also hasn’t helped. Any helpful, non judgemental advice welcomed. momthreads
