I’ve been lacking sleep
I feel like haven’t been making much progress in the gym
I’m not feeling rested or recovered

My Solution:
Changing up my workout plan to fit my schedule
Dropping from 6 days a week to full body 3 days a week
This will allow me to get the sleep I’ve been lacking recently
Take some time to get more recovered
Should allow for me to focus more on growing my business
