I am on my third week of taking Ritalin and today i'm finding the courage to tell the world i'm creating a community for all the Fuck ups like myself. Through the book "Small Talk" By @adhd_love_ I learned i'm not the only ADHD individual to hate themselves or think badly of themselves.
