The difference is that an expat may rent closer to the city centre or near the office as we’re getting more comfortable with the city. Utilities: literally there is no difference Dining out: you have seriously underestimated the amount locals and expats spend on dining out in KL. Transportat: is that difference because of grab or because locals are more likely to own their own car? But then are we only considering fuel costs?Con.
