Can we tall about how unprofessional yung mga call center representatives ng mga local banks? My mom was talking to an agent over the phone just a few minutes ago and she was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Background noises. Inactive listening. Unfocused. Chitchatting while on call. She returned my mom back on queue when she told her na ttranfer niya si mama sa Account Specialist to just update a billing address. One dot, ddrop ko name ng bank na lol
