Artists, can I get your opinion about how to sell my paintings? I was in a couple of galleries but they closed during Covid and I now have my paintings back and would like to try to sell them myself. I have a good following on Instagram and Facebook but don’t have a website. I’m reluctant to post a pic of a painting for sale amd say “dm for details” because it can be awkward if I know the person. Is it tacky/unprofessional to just list the price in the post? Or should I invest in a website?
