Thanks for all the new follows! I’m a scientist and mountaineer, but currently grounded from climbing (photo is from one of my last climbs here in Colorado, a few weeks ago), as I’m recovering from hip surgery. The last few years have been a challenge. First long COVID wreaked havoc on my lungs, affecting my abilities at high altitude for the last few years. And when I recovered from that, my husband and I got hit by a semi-truck (hence, surgery)! Grateful to be alive and still getting after it!
