I love facilitating! I just facilitated a group discussion with about 20 people at my new job - with a group of people that I don’t know and who don’t know me. There’s a beautiful freedom that comes with not having history with a group - where we can explore and ask curious questions. Where ideas are thrown on the table. Where expressions of self doubt are humbly expressed. This is beautiful and I’m honoured to do this work! What part of your job do you love? I’d love to hear!
