I decided to delete my social media for 5 days (Fb, messenger, IG) just wonderin' who will reach out. Just wonderin' who will notice that i'm quiet and haven't been okay lately. Guess what, no one reached out. NO ONE. I think boundaries is the best option for now. Tschüss!

What you feel is valid and normal like anyone else would have experienced. But you have to know that this is a phase of building your growth, and reality is that, you have to learn to carry your cross on your own.
