In Jaipur, we went on a food trail with Pink City Rickshaw. They are an initiative that brings employment opportunities to 200 women from low income households in Jaipur, along with advocating for an environmentally friendly means of transport. Our stops on the food trail: #1 - Kachori, along with some yummy sauces to go with it #2 - Kulfi, a type of ice cream with some nuts #3 - Chai in clay pots from a corner tea stall #4 - Our last stop was for a famous mango lassi pinkcityrickshaw
