Hi! Im japanese living in Tokyo for 10years. My recommendation is: ✅aronud Yoyogi-Uehara/Tomigaya →This area is called "Okushibuya". It is near Shibuya, but really quiet place with no neon. There are small but stylish stores and cafes. ✅Azabujuban →Although it is near Roppongi, the atmosphere is completely different. In Azabujuban, there are stores that was founded in the Edo or Meiji period like soba restaurant, taiyaki shop, bean sweets souvenir shop etc. I hope this will help you🥰
