It’s usually one of the first things I do in the morning- I know it’s coming in to effect when it’s time to make my first coffee, about 30 minutes later. I take a very small dose to help my executive function while being easier on my belly and heart.
Regulation is such a luxury after spending decades in the fog of dysregulation. What a blessing to have a voice and place to share it.
