Timelapse of the Northern Lights over the Manhattan skyline. Being in NYC, I didn’t think much of seeing them since it’s too light polluted. I missed the first & brighter substorm at 7:30pm. With a moments notice, I dropped everything I was doing and haphazardly threw my camera gear into my bag and dashed out of of the house. After two hours of waiting in the windy cold, I packed up my gear ready to head home only to see with my naked eyes some hazy pink clouds re-appear in the sky...
