To not compare themselves to anybody. Everyone’s physique and capabilities are different. Strength comes with time. Their fitness journey is unique to them. Everyday will also be different. Not every workout will be the best. The most important thing is that you’re showing up regardless of how you may feel that day (unless you’re extremely ill).
