I accidentally did what your husband did 🙊 my partner invited a few friends, I decided to invite a few mum friends and their partners/kids. More people said yes than expected now it feels like we've got half the neighbourhood dropping by 😬😅 More the merrier I guess? 😛

I had friends over to watch the game too. My wife doesn't follow footy so she's not too concerned about what occurs. But I made an event ahead of time, invited who I would like to come. The agreement we made was that I needed to do everything to ensure it went smoothly, from cleaning the house to getting all the food and drink sorted. Come the day everything went perfectly. I know where some errors of judgement were made in regards to food and how to fix it next year
