I had an amazing conversation with my mom last week about how I feel like the energy I give in a lot of friendships is never reciprocated. I have a temper and I will tell someone off and exactly how I feel so I was planning on addressing said friends but my moms advice was, “don’t ever show anyone your true colors. Now you see people for who they are so it’s up to you to move accordingly from here on out.” Moral of the story, don’t let them see you sweat and stop expecting a YOU in everyone else
