i recently walked into a store ready to buy a camera, only to find that the consultant couldn’t answer my questions. it really put me off, especially since i expected expertise in a specialized shop. when spending a lot of money, you want to feel confident in your choice. should sales consultants in electronics stores, especially for cameras, really know the products they sell? as buyers, do we have a responsibility to do our research, or should we expect more from the experts?
