It’s so stupid. If my dad gave me 20K to buy everything I need to start my own business, does it take away from any talent that I have? No. It just gives me the leg up I need. If a parent pays for their kids college education, does it invalidate the degree that child got? No. It’s a privilege, yes, but it doesn’t take away the effort, the talent and the years of working damn hard.
