I’m wanting to get into sprinting but I feel like I know NOTHING about it, how to train for it, etc. please drop all beginner tips for sprint training! I have a strength training and running background if that helps 🏋🏼♀️

Make sure to have a good warm-up! Calf raises, pogos, open/close the gates, etc. Like anything else, gradually workout your way up! 10-15s bursts, recover, repeat.
