I’m thinking we might be rescheduling our December trip to Asheville 😳 I can’t believe the devastation I’m seeing, how heartbreaking for the people there. Any better places to donate $ to the area besides Red Cross?

Agreed - NO Red Cross. World Central Kitchen is also getting ready to go and serve hot meals in the area.

Google United Methodist Church Disaster Relief. I know that one is sending all donations directly there.

Rooted local Organizations for disaster relief is the best as it goes directly to that disaster area. I have family and friends in Old Fort, Marion and Fairview. I heard from my friend inarion and she said it was bad. She had to walk down/up till she was able to get cell service. I'm hoping these communities can rebuild and band together for a good outcome!
