@rapha Last December, we bought a bunch of Rapha gear at the Boulder store. We spent around $500. One set of bibs has the seams coming undone and one sock has a hole in it. Husband called to speak to customer service about the concerns. He was told it must have been our fault for not laundering it properly or somehow misusing the gear. It’s funny how I can launder, wear, and use less expensive exercise gear with no problems, yet the expensive stuff doesn’t hold up. Really disappointing @rapha.
