Nah my homies wife makes me plates sometimes and I’m very thankful and appreciative for it. She doesn’t have to but chose to. If anything I feel weird sometimes about it but I’ve learned to just be grateful for it.

When I host, I usually make people’s plates. Some people might be shy or if it’s their first time over. I just think it’s being polite. I’m always the last one to eat.

How would you feel if your best friend invited you and your husband To eat and served your man with a smile from ear to ear every time would you like it? How would you feel as his wife ? Would you trust her even talking to your man if he is at home and you’re working ?

I don’t understand how there are so many plate-fixing problems!! My entire life, for any family meal - immediate family weeknight dinners all the way to most holiday meals - the food gets cooked, put into serving dishes, and set on the center of the table. Everyone sits down together & fills their plates from there. Is this not a normal thing???

I’m confused at why people find this wrong. If you have guests and don’t serve everyone my family will call you a pinche huevona. You’re supposed to serve guests! I serve kids then adults but I’d be embarrassed to have people having to get up and fend for themselves in my home.

If you invite a guest over and start eating in front of them without offering a plate, that’s just rude. If you’re going to host someone, it’s just proper manners. If someone has an issue with that they’re simply insecure.

Why do people care who she makes a plate for?
