1/3 Today at a local mall, I was watching my son from a distance as he lined up to pay for 3 pcs of pen. When it was his turn to pay, the cashier intentionally skipped him as the lady from my son's back handed the cashier her items. The cashier scanned and got the payment. I then approached the cashier and told her to follow the queue next time and not to skip especially if the next person is not a senior or PWD who needs to be prioritized.

I told her we were buying it but would no longer set foot in her store again.

I gave the cashier the benefit of the doubt when I approached her but she also knew I wasn’t impressed with her behaviour.
