I’ve been there. I realized that no one can save you but yourself but what others can do is help you find perspective. Sometimes we have that feeling inside, it doesn’t make sense and we can’t explain it but it’s like a poison that seeps into everything we do/love/want/need and forces us to just shut down and not care. You have to ask yourself hard questions that will force you to see truths you didn’t want to face. It will take as long at will take and no one can rush you.
