Adult with ADHD here. I wish my parents had put me on ADHD meds when I was a child, it would’ve made a world of difference.

My son has ADHD (as do I) and he’s been on medication for 4 years. It changed ALL of our lives. He’s more focused and thriving in school and sports. He’s better at regulating his emotions which is great at home. He’s eager to help and learn. We do not take it on weekends or for breaks. He’s had no negative side effects. Still eats and sleeps as normal. He takes his medication at 8am and it’s worn off by 7pm.

I wanna know what people have done BEFORE doing this….
