Went to Urgent Care on Friday for a cat bite and during the check-in he asked about my current allergies and medications. Except he misnamed one of them when asking “do you still take ___?” so I said no. After the appointment I look at the print out and see that he has removed not one, but two of my active prescriptions that took forever to get. I run back in to correct the error and he says he’ll put it all back (after asking many accusatory questions). Checked today and he never corrected it.
