so i accidentally blocked my ex on Instagram cause i kept seeing him as a follow suggestion from Threads (and hello?? annoying??), so i went back to unblock him on Instagram (i honestly forgot the two were linked like that) but once i did i realized i didn't care enough to follow him again and just left it at that :)
