Yea it works pulls more water into you muscles making you stronger and aesthetically making you look bigger but muscular big. You have to consistently take it but when you stop your size and strength fades but ultimately you end up more stronger than what you were before you started. Most studied supplement.

Most definitely! It supports gaining water weight on your muscles allowing for more strength and stamina. It’s recommended at least 5g or 5000mg a day. When starting a lot of people recommend to kinda bulk up on it then lower the dosage. I take 10g a day for a week every couple weeks and stick to 5 a day when I’m not doing 10. Currently benching my last pr for my sets due to the creatine alone.
