For everyone coming at this person, I’m sorry, but to EARN $700 and only bring home $450 kind of sucks. Yes, today to have $450 for one night of work is good, but She still has to pay taxes on this amount at the end of the year. This isn’t free and clear money and I’m sorry, but earning $700 and then having to give away $250 because the restaurant doesn’t want to pay the support staff normal wages sucks. I don’t mind tipping out but these percentages are getting out of control.

Sooooooo as long as tips are tax free this is incredible. I have cPTSD and panic around large groups of people who have attention on me otherwise I would totally pick up a sever job! Most corporate gigs don’t pay this much.
