Last Monday, after noticing I only had a week’s worth of synthroid left, I sent a refill request to my pharmacy. i literally need this medication to survive. I’ve been doing this on autopilot since I turned 18; before that, my mom did it on my behalf since the day I was born. It’s never been an issue. Until now. When I went to pick it up at the same pharmacy I’ve been going to for 6 years, last Tuesday, they said the doctor hadn’t approved it yet. No biggie. 🧵1/3
