I want you to know it's okay to feel this way. You’ve been strong for so many, but it’s time to be gentle with yourself. Even in silence, the universe hears you and holds you with love. Rest if you need to. You are worthy of the same care you give to others. Remember, your strength isn’t in pretending to be okay, it’s in embracing your truth. You are never alone; you are always supported. Take a deep breath, and know that your journey is sacred. Keep going, but allow yourself to receive, too.

Remember to be kind and have patience with yourself. What you are experiencing will come to pass as long as you continue to look it in the face and embrace it, thus overcoming it. You don't need to wait for anyone outside of you to lend you motivation either. The more you tap in with who you are, you will overstand that you are your hope and best friend.
