I think it depends on the industry. I don’t get why individual contributors would need to come to the office. I work from home Monday and Friday and I’m at the job sites Tuesday Wednesday Thursday. Works for me

Yes. WFH allows me to get work done and out of the way and take care of personal things like laundry, meal prepping and cleaning my home. I also don’t waste time commuting. Which when your job is to bill by the hour you realize how much sitting in a car is costing you.

It’s the commuting I hate more than the office itself. Most offices in any big city reside in expensive areas. To live close to work, you’re either living in a shithole, or a super expensive home/apartment. Unless you’re an exec taking calls, you can’t work in your car.

Yes. We have 9 working elevators yet all 12 floors on our building insist on cramming into one during lunch time. We work with an open floor but we are not allowed to decorate our spaces. I can hear EVERYONE’s conversation
