I'm moving to Australia from India, on a 491 Provisional Visa. I had applied for this in 2019. Pandemic happened. In 2023, I received the invitation from the State of South Australia, which was also the last instalment of payments to the Aussie Govt & the immigration agent I'd hired. I wasn't even sure I still wanted to go but I had already invested 75% of the originally available funds. Thought might as well. Visa was granted in the first week of September, 2024.
