If evolution is true, why do we still have so many "transitional" species?

If evidence that contradicts evolutionary theory has been systematically excluded or destroyed over time, what mechanisms or motivations could account for this selective preservation of data, and how does this impact the scientific credibility of the evolutionary framework?

If you don’t understand evolution, it would waste less of your time to just not post about the topic

We are a Separate Species from monkey, We didn't evolve. Humans and Monkeys Co-existed together always from the start of the creation

Humans evolved from a common ancestor that monkeys also evolved from. That common ancestor may be vaguely monkey-like, just as it was vaguely human-like. But it wasn't a monkey and it wasn't a human. Also, if you drive from Houston to Dallas, does Houston cease to exist? The journey doesn't erase the origin.
