No matter the yrs of therapy or that dad retired...seeing violence escalate def has a trauma response. I see my dad walk out the door and wonder if he will ever come back from deployment and I am amess today. Once again thankful for my privilege of geography while hating the military industrial complex and sending love to those in harm's way.
