I had Comcast internet added to my mom’s cable while visiting her for a month. I tried cancelling before I returned home to DC. Couldn’t cancel on a Sunday night (though I could set up new service). Spent 3 days trying to cancel. On both days I had to hang up to attend meetings after 30+ minutes on phone. 3rd I had had it. First words out of my mouth: “I need to cancel a service. I don’t want to hear any offers to stay. Please just cancel the service.” 1/2
