They told me they only accept up to $400 per transaction and had the nerve to suggest I make another round of purchase. Seriously? That would mean paying double the delivery charge! And let me tell you, the delivery isn’t cheap! So I asked them again if they could make any exception, thinking maybe they’d show some flexibility for a loyal customer. But nope, customer service replied, "Yes, two delivery fees." Unbelievable. Ok... but definitely not okay.
