If god supposedly left so much evidence of his existence—miracles, holy texts, moral intuition—why is it that so many atheists aren’t convinced? We’re not talking about rebels shaking their fists at the sky—just everyday, rational people going, "Meh, doesn’t add up." An omnipotent god who wanted to convince humanity would make it undeniably obvious, not leave room for debate, scepticism, and entire fields of philosophy dedicated to questioning his existence.
