For beginners start with Push, Pull, Legs per week. You can train your muscles twice a week for better Results. Example Push, Pull, Legs then Push. You can Switch them every week, Remember progressive overload, ROM, proper rest and Tracking calories is key for ya journey. Dont go swinging those weights to avoid injuries, learn to control them.
