All right all you gym people out there. How do I get rid of low back fat? I go to planet fitness and I don’t like the new machines they freaking have. There’s not many of them that like freaking get rid of back fat and I really am still trying to get some abs also, so I know my health with eating is a big factor so any advice would be awesome. If you would like to meet me and be my support partner I would love that too. 😝
