Does anyone else think it's funny when discussing mental illness and ignorant people say "it's all in your head" or to "snap out of it" or "you're just not trying hard enough" like ok I only gave myself a heart arrhythmia confirmed by a cardiologist cuz of having extremely stressful episodes that suck all the life and energy out of you, not to mention short term memory loss and brain fog but you're right !!!! Why didn't I think of that? 🙃
