In September, my days were heavily skewed towards exercising/working out. Although I felt amazing and healthier than ever, there was this sense of imbalance in my life. Pretty much everyday, I got up super early and went to the gym, went swimming, walked super long walks, and even did some free throws (200 to 300 shots in, which means I had to make more shots than that in total cuz I do miss a small percentage of my shots) sometimes all in one day. My stamina improved, I shed some fat, etc etc
