Well, it’s been an interesting way to spend my day off. Woke up at 4am to use the loo, came back to bed and closed my eyes and the room started to spin. Felt so sick.,Eventually got back to sleep for a while. Got up again this morning to get showered and it was as if all my blood just went from my head to my feet. Happened so fast and I almost passed out. Saw the ground come up to meet me and fell forwards on to the bed. Stayed in bed all day as I was home alone and so afraid of passing out 1/2

3 小時內	Inge Fullerton hykergal	I had vertigo that came on like that. There is an exercise on line to fix it. I did it and it went away. I still had a follow-up with an ENT just to get checked out. Luckily it never came back. For the life of me, I have no clue what caused it.
