I have not been doing well since we put our dog Bambina to rest on Friday. Today I spoke with my therapist, and I was so grateful to her when she said that it’s okay if I didn’t want to talk and wanted to skip this week. I didn’t but just knowing I *could* was helpful. Bonus picture of our girl.
